Meditation days and Events

A good way of learning the two meditations we teach, is to attend one of our introductory meditation days. They are especially suitable if you live outside London. We also host days for those who want to deepen their meditation practice.

Throughout the year we run a variety of day events exploring Buddhism, meditation and other issues related to Buddhist practice. These events are a good way of deepening your meditation as well as getting to know others who attend the Centre.
