An opportunity for members of the LBC Sangha to participate in a regular open period of meditation every Wednesday morning.
 
Entry is only through the LBC Breathing Space entrance on Roman Road not the main LBC entrance. Doors open at 6:45am and close again at 6:55am.  Latecomers will not be admitted - please do not ring the bell after this time.

Drop-in meditation class for those familiar with the two meditation practices and wanting to explore meditation further.

Fri - Meditation and ritual

An evening focusing on meditation and Buddhist ritual. An opportunity to meditate with others to support, sustain and deepen your personal practice. Buddhist ritual can help to contact the mythical realm and strengthen confidence in the Dharma.

Fri - Sub-35 Evening

A chance for meditators and Buddhists under the age of 35 to meet together and practise meditation, talk about their Dharma life, and be inspired by others. What better way to spend a Friday night?

Held in LBC small shrine room.
